Abajour is a DJ duo based in Paris, known for founding the [BP] rave parties that shaped the Parisian queer scene since 2011. They have held a residency at CockTail D'Amore, where they deliver extended closing sets showcasing their eclectic approach to dance music. Drawing from house music's history spanning 1980s Chicago, 1990s Brussels, and early 1990s London, their sound blends groovy house, breakbeat, and techno into hypnotic dancefloor journeys. Recent releases on Chlamydia Dell'Arte Records demonstrate their evolving production style, moving between stripped breakbeat arrangements and genre-blending compositions.
