Not Today/ ARTISTSBased in Paris, D'Julz (Julien Veniel) began DJing in the early 1990s and moved to New York in 1993 to develop his craft before returning to his native city. He founded Bass Culture Records in 2009 and has run the Bass Culture night at Rex Club since 1997. His production work appears on Circus Company, Robsoul, Ovum, Rekids, and other respected underground labels, characterized by deep house and techno inflected with dub, funk, and breakbeat elements. D'Julz holds a long-standing residency at Circoloco in Ibiza and has performed at major venues including Panorama Bar in Berlin and Fabric in London.
