Not Today/ ARTISTSDJ Minx is a Detroit-born house and techno DJ and producer active since the early 1990s. She founded the Women on Wax collective in 1996 and launched its record label in 2001, creating a platform for female DJs and producers from Detroit. Her 2003 track "A Walk in the Park" became an underground hit and was re-released on Richie Hawtin's M_nus label with remixes by leading producers. Minx has been a continuous presence at Detroit Movement Festival since its inception in 2000 and held residencies at Club Motor in Hamtramck. Her sonic range spans from deep and minimal house to grooveful, funk-inflected techno, earning respect throughout global house and techno communities.
