Charlie Tilley, known as Dubrunner, is a London-based producer and DJ who adopted his name after working as a runner for the sound system event Subdub. He was a key figure in Leeds' underground music scene, co-founding the Stretchy Dance Supply event and working at Tribe Records before relocating. His production style draws from sound system reggae heritage—particularly Iration Steppas and The Disciples—fused with contemporary low-end bass and acid synthesizers. His debut release came in 2019 with "Zoya's Trip" on Scuffed Recordings, establishing a signature sound that balances menacing electronic textures with reggae riddim traditions. His DJ sets span steppas, jungle, techno, and breakbeat, with appearances alongside producers like Om Unit and Iration Steppas.
