London-born producer and DJ Oliver Gallegos is now based in Bristol, where he co-founded the influential club night SHAPES and became a central figure in the city's electronic music community. Originally trained in trumpet and drums, he pivoted to turntablism and production, drawing inspiration from the drum and bass scene while developing a broader sound that spans deep house, techno, and breakbeats. Since his first release in 2018, Gallegos has issued records on Rhythm Section, Holding Hands, Banoffee Pies, and his own Room Service label, blending 90s rave influences with contemporary production. His music has earned regular appearances at Berlin's Panorama Bar and international support from selectors including Moxie, Avalon Emerson, and Job Jobse. He hosts a monthly radio show on SWU.FM and has produced remixes for artists such as Eris Drew and Ian Pooley.
