Not Today/ ARTISTSGiulia Fournier-Mercadante, known as GiGi FM, is a French-Italian multidisciplinary artist and DJ-producer based in Berlin. She emerged from South London's underground squat rave scene before establishing herself as a fixture at Berghain and other major European clubs. A professionally trained dancer with experience at Alvin Ailey and the Paris Opera, she approaches music as an extension of bodily movement, often incorporating motion sensors and gestural techniques into her production process. Her releases—including the Kiwi Synthesis Diary series and her label Sea~rène—blend techno, bass, breaks, and ambient into exploratory soundscapes influenced by astrology and philosophy. She maintains a residency on NTS Radio exploring interdimensional electronic music.
