Giulia Gutterer is from Bolzano in northern Italy and is based in Berlin, where she has established herself in the city's Italo disco and dark wave scene. She is a founding member and booker of Slow Motion, an Italian dance label and collective founded by Franz Scala and Fabrizio Mammarella. Her DJ sets draw from Italo disco, Hi-NRG, downtempo, new beat, and dark disco, moving across different moods and eras. She appears regularly at Berghain's Panorama Bar and has shaped the programming for parties including Italorama, Cocktail d'Amore, and Salon zur Wilden Renate. Alongside her curatorial work, Gutterer organizes the Wrong Era and Slow Motion parties and events worldwide.
