Gwenan grew up in the Welsh mountains before relocating to London and eventually settling in Berlin. She produces music across abstract electronics and danceable grooves, working with hardware, software, and modular synthesis. Her DJ sets draw from early 90s Sheffield and Detroit techno, with influences from Jane Fitz and Nicolas Lutz informing her sensitive, groove-oriented approach. She has performed at venues including Tresor Berlin and made her Panorama Bar debut at Berghain. She also performs live as Phase Space and collaborates with Eli Verveine in the duo Gin & Tonic.
