Not Today/ ARTISTSIla Brugal
Ila Brugal is an Italian DJ and producer based in London who has established herself as a trusted voice in the UK bass music scene. A Rinse FM resident, she works across the bass-heavy fringes of electronic music, spanning UK techno, 140, drum and bass, breaks, and footwork. Her debut production venture came in 2024 with the Airstrike/Ten EP on her Amygdala imprint, which paired dark dubstep with hybrid percussive techno. Her radio shows and DJ sets are characterized by intricate, percussive productions and complex rhythmic patterns that sit outside conventional four-on-the-floor structures. She has played venues including Fabric in London and Fusion Festival in Germany, and maintains an active presence across platforms like NTS and independent releases.
