Inner Lakes is a producer and DJ from Milan, part of Northern Italy's underground electronic music scene. Based in Milan, he maintains a residency at the city's legendary squat venue Macao and has developed a distinctive style of spiraling, late-night techno marked by menacing atmospheres and urgent dancefloor energy. His music navigates between deep, gritty textures and euphoric moments, with recent releases appearing on labels including Kalahari Oyster Cult. His sound has earned support from figures like Jane Fitz and collaborator Francesco Del Garda, with bookings at Berlin venues including Tresor alongside clubs across Europe such as CDV and Loud Contact.
