Not Today/ ARTISTSJakoJako is the stage name of Sibel Koçer, a Berlin-based DJ and producer who moved to the city in 2012. Working extensively with modular synthesizers, she built a reputation at SchneidersLaden, one of Europe's leading synthesizer retailers, before focusing full-time on music production and DJing. She became a Berghain resident in 2021 and has released on influential labels including Leisure System, Bigamo, Mute, and NovaMute. Her sound spans from ambient and meditative techno to darker, intricate techno, with recent work including collaborations with Rødhåd and her 2025 album Tët 41, recorded in Vietnam. Her approach combines technical mastery of synthesis with intuitive, emotionally-driven performance both in the studio and on the dancefloor.
