Lakuti

Lerato Khathi, known as Lakuti, is a South African DJ and curator based in Berlin. Originally from Johannesburg, she spent over a decade resident at Your Love events in London before relocating to Berlin, where she became a regular at Berghain and Panorama Bar. In 2022, she took on an official residency at Panorama Bar. Lakuti co-founded Uzuri Recordings and Uzuri artist Bookings & Management, and is also co-founder of Bring Down The Walls. Her sets blend house, techno, and disco with deep influences from soul, jazz, and Afrobeat, informed by her earliest musical memories and shaped by her exposure to both Berlin's and New York's distinct club cultures.
