Luigi Di Venere was born in Puglia, Italy and is now based in Berlin. He started his career as a resident DJ at Cocktail d'Amore and has since become a regular at venues including Panorama Bar and Lab.oratory. His sound draws from Italo house, cosmic Italo disco, techno, and new beat. Di Venere co-founded Power Dance Club, a queer-oriented party that operates in both Berlin and Athens, and co-runs Philoxenia Records with Swiss producer Neu Verboten, a label inspired by late 1980s Frankfurt house music.
