Based in Amsterdam, LUPE (Lupe Lambers) is a DJ and producer who has shaped Dutch nightlife since 2004. His sound draws from acid house and disco, built on the principles of peace, tolerance and respect. LUPE organizes inclusive house and techno parties in Amsterdam including Acid Nouveau, Italo Elite, and UNK, with the latter winning Best Party at the Dutch Golden Gnome Awards in 2010. His productions have received support from artists including Derrick Carter, Erol Alkan, Heidi, and Spencer Parker across labels like Twirl, Pets Recordings, and Sous Music. His work emphasizes unity and freedom on the dancefloor across gender, sexuality, and race.
