Massimiliano Pagliara is an Italian DJ and producer from Lecce, now based in Berlin for several decades. He holds residencies at Berghain/Panorama Bar and Robert Johnson, among other major venues, and has shaped the city's electronic music landscape by merging its harder techno traditions with elements of house, disco, and electro. A trained dancer and choreographer, he brings movement and physicality to his production work, with a focus on analog synths and machines. His releases have appeared on labels including Ostgut Ton and Permanent Vacation, and he runs his own imprint, Funnuvojere Records, founded in 2019. His approach emphasizes dialogue and open-mindedness across styles, prioritizing feeling and balance over genre boundaries.
