Noizar was born in Kyiv and is now based in Amsterdam. He is a long-time resident of Closer, Kyiv's primary techno institution, where he became known for closing sets that balanced function with formal sophistication. He founded Wicked Bass, a vinyl-only label that releases records from both Ukrainian and international producers across techno and house variants. His own sound spans minimal and industrial-leaning techno, resisting easy categorization within conventional club music frameworks.
