Matt Edwards, known professionally as Radio Slave, is an English DJ and producer based in Berlin since the early 2000s. He began his career in London with residencies at Milk Bar and Ministry of Sound before relocating to Germany. Radio Slave started in 2000 as a remixing project, later becoming known for original productions on labels including Running Back, R&S, Ostgut Ton, and his own Rekids imprint, which he co-founded in 2006 with James Masters. Edwards has maintained a Panorama Bar residency and played regularly at Berghain, where his house and techno productions have become integral to the city's club landscape. His discography spans two decades, encompassing acclaimed remixes and original albums released under various aliases including Rekid and Quiet Village.
