Sabine Hoffmann was born and raised in Berlin, discovering her passion for vinyl in the early 2000s. She plays a deep blend of techno and house, moving between Chicago and Detroit-influenced sounds with elements of dub, acid, and breakbeats, exclusively on vinyl. Since 2016 she has worked at OYE Records, one of Berlin's leading record shops, where she curates events and has hosted the OYE Podcast series since January 2023. Beyond her DJ sets at venues including Berghain Kantine and Tresor, she founded Frauengedeck, a FLINTA* event series supporting female DJs in a male-dominated industry, and co-founded Dub Nation with Kenneth Christiansen, an event series dedicated to the deeper, more dubby side of techno and house.
