Not Today/ ARTISTSBorn in the Netherlands, Steffi began playing records in the mid-1990s before relocating to Amsterdam and eventually Berlin in 2007, where she became a fixture at Panorama Bar. Her sound balances electro, Detroit and Chicago house, and techno, drawing on influences from broken beat, IDM, and classic dancefloor sensibilities. As a producer, she released landmark albums on Ostgut Ton, including Yours & Mine (2011) and Power Of Anonymity (2014), and has recorded collaborations with artists including Martyn and Virginia. Beyond production, Steffi has founded and run multiple labels: the long-standing Klakson (established 2000) and Dolly (2010), both known for curating electro and house across multiple subgenres. Recently, she relocated to Portugal, where she co-founded Candy Mountain with Virginia, a creative hub and label that continues her practice of mentorship and experimental studio work.
