Dario and Marco Zenker are Munich-based brothers and founders of Ilian Tape, an independent record label established in 2007. Drawing from influences spanning Detroit techno, house, dub, and hip-hop aesthetics, they developed a distinctive sonic approach spanning ambient, breakbeat, and experimental electronics. Beyond their curatorial work with Ilian Tape, the brothers have released several albums including Immersion (2015), Cosmic Transmission (2020), and more recently Illusion (2025), showcasing their ability to balance rugged, dance-floor-focused production with atmospheric world-building. They have also contributed releases to other notable imprints including Tresor and 50 Weapons, and operate Tangible Air, a mastering and mixing studio launched in 2021.
